Profile

born 1966, Bangkok, Thailand
lives in Sydney, NSW

The eat clay range interprets the movement and textures of the earth’s surface through handmade porcelain.  Each functional object is designed and crafted in my Sydney studio.  These functional objects are slip-cast to create a delicate impression on a durable form.  Every product from tthis range is food safe; dishwasher safe; microwave safe; stain resistant.

Through the medium of ceramics, I also aim to explore the imagined interiors, sounds and textures of mountains and the landscapes that contain them.  I use diverse glazing techniques that inform an aerial perspective within the contours of each form.
